Sherise Attard is an artist based in Malta, born in 2002. From a young age, Sherise was interested in the arts and wanting to learn more about art, pursued further education at MCAST. Attard’s interest in current affairs serves as the main inspiration and themes for her work. Her work varies from painting to drawing, often using drawing as a starting point. Throughout her studies, she had the opportunity to experiment in different art media such as photography, printmaking, painting, ceramics, sculpture, and drawing. Moreover, in 2023 she did a mural at AWAS which the residents, the workers, and also the public can view. Most recently, Sherise collaborated with other artists and contributed to the 33-meter mural titled "Interdisciplinary Mural" at the University of Malta. Sherise Attard graduated with a B. A (Hons) in Fine Art at MCAST and is currently reading for a Masters in Teaching and Learning, specialised in Art, at the University of Malta.
